Hunt took home a Best Actress Oscar for As Good As It Gets and a Best Actress Emmy for Mad About You in the same year, but she hasn’t been able to replicate that success in the years since. In addition to acting, Hunt has done more writing and directing, but the results have been mixed, with her directorial debut Then She Found Me not going over well with critics. Helen Hunt has had a career most actors would kill for. At this sage of her career she can do exactly what she wants to do. She has provided decades of high quality entertainment, now she is enjoying herself. Good for her!

I have always loved Helen Hunt, she's amazingly talented. Age doesn't matter at all, her beauty will shine on forever. I miss her in movies, I'd love to see more.

Andrew Smith Twister starred two legendary actors and if not for them, wouldn’t have been a timeless classic. Into the Storm is a tornado movie with better special effects but worse acting, and it wasn’t a hit.

Andrew Smith; Important to remember that Meryl Streep is not an attractive woman but her talent causes one to see far beyond her looks. Anne Hathaway is not beautiful but is quite talented. Emily Blunt is another talented actress who is not gorgeous and also Rene Zelwegger (who was unique and ruined her looks with cosmetic surgery) is a talented character actress who hopefully will get more roles. le t

She was nominated for an Oscar for her performance in The Sessions(2012) in 2013 when Anne Hathaway won. She’s still got it going, sure it was five years ago but it counts.

I'm happy for her. I once worked with her as an extra in the movie Mr. Saturday Night with Billy Cristal. When Billy Cristal says; "What's wrong with your fucking hair" I'm the soldiers that turns my face and look at the guy next to me. She was kind and humble. (seriously)

She is such a beautiful and extremely talented lady. I've enjoyed so many of her movies. As Good As It Gets is still one of my favorites, I think I can almost quote word for word most of the lines. She and Jack Nicholson were perfect together. Twister was another one of those wonderful/and action packed movies. She's most recently been on talk shows promoting new movies. 2018

Artists do what they do because they're artists, not to earn money. Money is a side-effect. I agree with those who don't see it. I think it was because Jack was able to pull strings for her, which explains the horrific grab and kiss. I think it turned her off for awhile.

I didn't really go to the Movies all that much in my Teens(the 90's). But I remember seeing "As Good as it Gets" in the theater specifically for Helen Hunt. I had such a crush on her back then Can't believe I kind of forgot about her until I watched "Ride" a few weeks ago on Netflix. She's aged a good bit. But still looks Pretty good

Name of the movie at the time right now all I do know is that involves a teenage girl it's based on a true story but how she gets her arm bitten off by shark and then makes a dramatic comeback and I know Helen Hunt played the mother in that movie but you guys would not mention it
