Awesome. Hearing these makes me remember the 5 capitals in God's economy; Spiritual, Relational, Health, Intellectual and Financial. This is how I managed to cope with life after school, I get to prioritize. I feel like cooking, washing, and taking kids to school are skills everyone should adopt. These are gender-neutral roles. Creating boundaries like no work calls after certain hours like 6pm, weekends are off the table.

I like how the daughter has described his father, she has never heard from people anything bad about him. Like he's a liar, a cheat, a sacker etc etc I think this is very important. I know and I have heard alot about some rich people in Uganda but Patrick never never never. And this makes me think he's the richest Ugandan

This is a sticky issue. Iam a young man with a small family and actively involved in a a family business. Iam big on spending time with family for I have seen the demerits of not giving family it's due time. However, as a man, a father with responsibilities, I can't spend most of my time with family. I have to ensure we achieve success... This work-balance issue, is something... Thanks for sharing on the topic

It's been great hearing from your experience about work and life balance. I personally believe it's easy to work it out if you lay it out traight with your partner at the start so you both be intentional as Dr Nataliey put it. Senior Patrick with your experience we demand a book so we create principles that will help us s get better characters for better personality in life. A million thanks to you both.

this is a very important and interesting conversation. Thanks for bringing it up. In my opinion work life balance is a luxury we can only desire.... truth be told I personally just want my children to have that luxury so I need to work really hard to have the money to afford them that...just like the way my parents have sacrificed for me to have a descent life... so I believe if you and your partner understand these values, your most likely to work together to achieve this...Hopefully our children will appreciate what they have been given...

work life balance to me brings one question in life. why do I work? to make my life better. i think it is hard to seprate the two how you define them is about your flexibility to work and have an impact in your life that is being objective and able to generate growth.

Is there a way this can be made a national program broadcasting on TV & radio stations , I've watched this video more than 3 times and am adding it to my daily must watch because it's driven home in so many ways, being a single mom who left my son back in the country to find a job it brings tears. The 5 balls mentioned are perfect I believe in them as well but what do we do when you know the right paths of making life meaningful but at the same time life dictates different coz at times if reach the wall the way you make your decisions can differ from your personality.

Personally I think having a life partner and also dealing in the same way like business It may work. Cause still being broke isn't a good place to stay. I don't wanna be like cinderella waiting for a man to free me. Relationship is two way traffic but the ultimate qn is are you both willing to make things work?

@29:00 This is a bad take especially for women who want to become mothers. Any woman who puts work ahead of her kids is an evil woman. Kids need their parents, especially the mothers during their early development stages. Bitature’s daughter is far too gone. He will never get any grandkids with her ways of thinking. She is so career focused that having kids wouldn’t make sense for her. These are the type of women who will reach their 50s single, sad, and depressed with no extended family to help with take care of them.

Patrick ur the man but Nataliey needs to understand the consequences of letting someone raise ur kids as a woman that's where he didnt assure her very strongly, if u dont get enough touch from ur mom things can go very poorly downstream years here that is why he emphasised roles its not that the woman is being suppressed in the family she has to raise the kids thats what all men really value from a female to nature their kids
