Having multiple reef tanks is not for EVERYONE. So before you get the idea of another tank, really put some thought into it!

Your ich has likely not gone away. Ich infects a fish, matures and then falls off to continue the life cycle in the tank. Once it matures again it will come back twice as bad or even worse and likely infect even more fish. Keep a very close eye on everything, especially that pretty tang and have a quarantine tank or rubbermaid tub ready to go for when you need copper. Good luck!

Man you oughta keep that thing running and pack it with softies! Never have to worry about maintenance. I did that with an old tank and I just had to top it off

I just shut my nano down as well. 2 tanks is a lot of work. Like you, I will concentrate on 1 tank for now..

Feed more and nutrients will increase naturally.

20 is cool, but focus on that big tank and give yourself some time back :)

Been looking at the 275 but been reading about water lvl problems then saw your vid about removing the silencer. Did removing that part sort out the issue for good or do you still get fluctuations ?

Water in the overflow has been stable ever since! Removing the silencer and having the water level just high enough where a little is going into the emergency. If you do decide to get it, you’re going to love it!!
