I'm just starting out in spoken word and I must say you are one of my biggest inspirations for putting my life experiences out there to try to reach people and my goal is one day not to be as good as you but to be better than you I respect the grind you have put in but I like to aim high

The whole 'I forgive but I don't forget' thing can really backfire, and I think it's the wrong mindset to have (when talking about rebuilding trust or getting back what you once lost). Never tell a person that you forgive but do not forget. It will only bring in a lot of negativity. The person who needs your forgiveness might try (too) hard to make things right, or will feel very guilty around you when it is not needed.

Can you please please come to Berkeley California and perform whatever you please and bring your friend Mina West. Bring Desmond as well just have a drop the Mic concert lol. Seriously thanks you and appreciate you for sharing your gift. And would love to hear your take on everything that s going on in the world. Off the scale earthquakes to the hurricanes etc. Regardless stay positive one love.

You’re right. It’s not a biblical saying just as you can’t judge me is also not in the Bible. God definitely wants us to forgive but we have no control over our brain like that to just forget things (He gave us memory for a good reason). It is helpful not to forget because you learn and do better, keeps both parties accountable just like you said. The only difference is that the perspective changes. You remember, not to dwell on it negatively and keep hating but to look past it, no hard feelings, be cool with the person(or not) and see it as a learning experience.

Suli Breaks very true nevertheless, you don't necessarily have to give advice, you could speak about why you think it's do prevalent in so many young people and so on

Honest scrub your beard with coffee grounds. Make yourself a cup in a French press or in a pot then take a table spoon of the spent grounds. Take that tablespoon mix with a little water and apply to the areas that you are growing the beard. It naturally exfoliates, helps add nutrients to those areas of your face, and helps strength the hair folic. Once you have scrubbed it in rinse well. Repeat this once a week. Also trim up your beard regularly helps to keep the hair healthy. Hope this helps with your beard growth.

Always love Suli! I'd love to hear you talk about your creative process. Specifically, whether or not you have intentions when you sit down to write. I often see, and have experience, the ambition to write something that will change the world results in a product that doesn't connect with the audience. In other words, what's going through you're head while you write?

Don't let there bad habits develop yours . Be positive find an interest that is safe and interesting and get involved , explore even the simple things and believe that you can be good at what you like doing :) positivity is in what you do , not what people tell you . But respect your folks if you live with them and be nice . It's not going to be easy kiddoe
