You are right. Even if he thinks he is not responsible what about the loans he allocated to himself and his church. Otabil accociates to be precise.

Do not fault him when he said he is not responsible for he did not perform executive duties. The man just finished Form Five and all the degrees are Honorary Conferred on Him.
