I live in a small town and have heard so many, "who you doing all that for, there's nobody to impress" moments with people and its like---I dont enjoy much, but I love making myself look nice(for me) I never even put it on others to care about fashion/style in the way I do. Im plus sized and its hard as fuck to find things that fit my personal style so when I do it feels like a treasure also like another said, I like feeling like a bad biishhh ☺

Dressing up is nice because I used to force myself to not dress up as I'd like or get super dressy when I was younger out of fear of other people's perception of me, lack of opportunity, and overall awkwardness/insecurity. So now dressing up is liberating in terms of my identity, vibes, and artistic expression. when the fit's nice, I feel good and let me tell you that confidence boost is addictive
