Geshela is teaching us on the higher training of wisdom. This is a continuation of the Essence of Buddhism class.
This time the focus is on the reasoning that proofs selflessness or emptiness. We started with a meditation on Bodhicitta and Emptiness to support his Holiness the Dalai Lama. From there the switch to discussing the purpose of selflessness/ emptiness was quite easy. he explained it in the example of an army and who is the general that should lead the fight for us and who are our enemies.
He also explained the 3 levels of dependent arising.
