The Rebbe, Z'l did the right thing by waiting for him to finish- it's in the gemora that one does not leave a Yid davening alone in shul.

We all need to make an effort and do kindness with this wonderful coach. Maybe say a chapter in the Torah or give charity to lift the soul of coach Avraham Ben Mordechai.
