The concept of the Rebel Movie is based on the Bible lesson as taught by prophet Samuel to King Saul when he rebelled and disobey God. 1 Samuel 15:23, God said rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. Rebellion is disobedience, an attitude displayed to contradict or undermine constituted authority. A lot of pastors today lay the foundation of their ministry or church on rebellion. Thus, the members they pastor, they themselves, and their families all become partakers of their rebellious consequences. Thus, we begin to see children, husbands, wives, employees, and community rebellion eminenting from the seeds of rebellion sowed by our leaders. Greed, lust, and pride, fuels or ignites the fire of rebellion. Finally, God will forgive the repentant rebel, but the consequences of rebellion linger for generations until the yoke is destroyed. The devil is always behind any act of rebellion, through which he comes into our lives to steal, kill and destroy.
