Just a bit of reverb would be splendid Tony.

I met Tony Visconti last month (and he doesn't really sound so high-pitched and nasal). The neat thing about Bowie's speaking voice is how it managed to sound both posh and Cockney at once. High Cockney, Grammar School Cockney, I guess you'd call it (he obviously had decent state-funded schooling as a child, I presume). If his voice hadn't had such a nice timbre, though, it might not have sounded as lovely. And I hate how I had to write all of that in the past tense about him. 😢

Jezus! I'm crying here! Just brilliant. I wonder if Bowie ever heard this? I'm sure he would have roared with laughter!

It's good to know that if David Bowie ever dies (which is an 'if' and not a 'when') then Adam Buxton can just take over and continue the music.

It's pronounced /varshava/. I love this - there is also a visual version, with a little less of the dialogue. The voices are amazing.

This is so funny. The comment next to this is from another time. Below 'If David Bowie ever Dies'. Well he has past on from this mortal coil . His journey's around the Sun are now over. Or is David Bowie Immortal? By that I mean Bowie is every where. Maybe only David Jones died. Much missed family man and friend to many people. Its probably what David is explaining on Black Star . How someone else took the souls place...
