The Red Arrows' full display | Midlands Air Festival 2021

For the first time since 2019, the RAF’s Aerobatic Team - The Red Arrows - displayed to the U.K. public.
One of the Reds had a fuel leak which meant the show had to go on with 8 jets instead of the usual 9, but the display was still as brilliant and professional as ever!
Sadly the lighting isn’t the greatest for photography at the Midlands Air Festival; in fact, it’s far from ideal… but I tried my best with the footage!

Usually they have a spare jet flown by Red 10 to wherever they are based… no idea why that wasn’t the case this time round.

I sew a display once when one aircraft left mid display because a bird hit cockpit and cracked glass !

Same display as every year with few slight tweaks nothing impressive. Would be great if they finally managed to come up with something new... It's getting boring.

@@linkedwinters When you watch them once or twice a year then yea but if you work in an Airshow industry they are getting boring as hell and not only the reds all the teams. And it’s not me saying they’re bad they’re great just not very creative. Since they call themselves “the best in the world” they should do something no other team does and actually come up with a brand new display routine once every lets say 3 years when the new team leader is selected.

@@paulstratford4265 Can I design a new display routine? Of course I can! It takes time but it’s not something that’s impossible.
