Crypto is a whole different ball park. I would only invest funds in it that you are willing to lose or don't need. In terms of day trading crypto I don't keep a eye on anything at the moment except XRP. Wouldn't be right guy for day trading crypto

Good question. 1st I'd look for the 32 unit. Look at the selling price. Have at least 20% of that cash and maybe other investors partners? I'd rather go down in units and not partner up to be honest. I gotta be El Capitan. 😂

Grant thanks for helping and motivating all of us.Bro I have six figure in my bank I've been desperately trying to find multi unit and create drip Nothing I found Minnesota has reasonable drip with the rates and high purchase prices.Any advice on what I should do?

If you have that just buy a few houses to flip for a year. If you can do 20 houses at $50k profit each that's $1,000,000 in cash profit and you can go buy the apartment complex you want. But that will be hard to pull 20 homes with only 6 figures. You could start with 1 or 2 then just invest the money back into more for the year and probably still come out with a quarter million profit. Once you have the apartment complex and get the rooms rented you can go to the bank and get a loan on that apartment complex to go buy other complexes and then you're Grant Cardone. It's not hard, I do it every day. You just can't be lazy and sit around just expecting it to magically get done like 95% of people, you have to go get it. The more cash you have the easier it is to get deals and make money, that's fact in the real estate world
