Good day! Why there is rust in the engine head? The head gasket of my Navara was replaced and later i found rust in the radiator spout. Is there something wrong in the placement?

Unless it's a complete engine overhaul, there will be rust water in the system. So even if you replace the head gasket we recommended to flush the radiator and system to remove rust mix water and later replace with proper coolant
