Docs power working on oblivious makes sense because his power isnt dependent upon whether the survivors are aware of him however killer instinct is dependent upon whether or not the survivor is aware of you which is why killers with oblivious effects dont get killer instinct

There’s multiple sources of undetectable in his perks. Trail of torment after a generator is kicked, furtive chase applies when obsession is hooked, and tinkerer when generator is at 70%. Susie’s add on helps find survivors even when undetectable. So the plan is to injure everyone with frenzy and when you get undetectable cancel power when approaching survivors and take them down before they can react
