- Ep.44 : [The Return of Superman. "The Neighborhood is Needed to Raise One Child" Part 2] An absolute must for a Seoul date, Sarang and Yuto head to Hangang to ride a cruise ship. They get to see a performance they've dreamed of enjoy a lovely night sailing across the river. The twins are more active now than ever. In order to sustain their energy levels they go to feast on boiled chicken. They can even eat jumbo-sized drumsticks all on their own now! There's a monster in the triplets' house! The air purifier monster needs to be gotten rid of and the triplets come together to do it. They push and pull and perfectly take care of it. Wherever there's music, it can become a stage. Haru's dance party begins again. Haru shows off her moves and mom shows her the next level of dancing on their wonderful outing! The untold stories of the 1st anniversary of The Return of Superman. Haru, the eldest does her best to take care of the other babies. And she seems to have a thing for Manse. Haru's first meeting with Manse, how will it all go?

You can't call the triplet's mom ugly just coz she doesn't look like a KPOP idol and u saw a glimpse of her side profile! I'm sorry but most of you look hideous without makeup and so do I.. Ilgook said she wasn't pretty but don't take it literally! Asian guys usually call their pretty wives ugly , fat etc it's affectionate terms in certain asian societies, tbh she looks motherly and a natural beauty from what I saw and by the sounds of it, she's also got the brains!

Agreed! I've seen glimpses of her face too & I think she's cute. Plus, she looks natural. Just look at her triplets. Are they ugly? We can't fool the genes. And I think her sons inherited her brains too. For example Minguk has very good memories at that age.

I don't think she's ugly at all!!! Even without showing her face, we can see she's very elegant and have a beautiful shining hair. I think she's very beautiful. Just looking for her babies when can noticed that she's very beautiful and elegant.

I watch this show only for the triplets. They are a handful but for the parents they are angels. I cried in the episode where the father tells the story how his wife was so brave when the doctor told her she should give up one baby while she was pregnant. And also the story where she couldn't walk from the car to home because it pained her when she walked :'( Mothers are great!! Whoever is calling her ugly should carry triplets. Look inside a person and try to be a better human being first.

When Ilkook said that she want Haru as his child, I was so proud and happy as if I am her real parents. Don't worry Ilkook I want her as my daughter too your not the only one. Geez I really like that kid. i watched this program mainly because of her and now I'm in love with all the kids that are in this show especially Minguk and Seojun ☺☺☺.

Sarang is an intelligent child, but her bilingualism has nothing to do with it. She was just lucky enough to be taught more than one language. Being bilingual is very common where I live, but not every bilingual child is smart. And monolingual children can be pretty smart too, e.g., Haru is monolingual, but I'm sure she is every bit as intelligent as Sarang and if she had been exposed to different languages from the beginning, she would have been bilingual too.

@ KukiPanda Those children you're referring to are probably exceptions. Most children have the capacity and facility to learn more than one language at the same time.

Haha it's so interesting to see how people from monolingual countries are so fascinated by children who grow up in bilingual families and/or countries. Where I'm from (Singapore), nearly every kid in kindergarten knows how to speak two languages, it's very common and nothing out of the ordinary.

i grow up in a bilingual country and i have been speaking in 3 languages since i was small. all my friends are bilingual and we dont find it surprising or anything. it actually only depends on the environment where the kids are staying. perhaps growing up in a bilingual country makes kids easier to learn languages (? i dont know) but right now i speak 5 languages and i dont find it hard

It amazes me how much the twins and triplets are growing. The twins, although fighting, are working together and Seojun's protest in babbles are so cute. xD He's definitely a talkative one! And the triplets brotherhood is so endearing. I hope they stay that way even when they're older! Haru really is so wonderful to her dongsengs!

Daehan, mingguk, mansae, can i have one of the alligator kiss too? You guys are too cute though! I think the cutest moment in their screentime is when daehan tried to save his father from the alligator. Not forgetting mingguk when he sang the birthday song. Haru looks so matured when she puts on the shoe on mingguk. Such an adorable noona. That immersed singing performance in the car is so funny! I guess it's true that being twins doesn't mean that both of them like the same things by looking at seojun and seoeun's appetite. Sarang, you're such a smart girl. I am so proud of you. Well then, that's on a different level from my understanding. They're fraternal, so even tho they shared the same womb, they were not all from the same egg (since they r not identical), so they all develop differently on their own. I suppose it has to do w/psychology and biology, and I can't exactly explain it all 2 u.

It's so cool to see the Song family complete. While it's sad that Judge Seung-yeon can't show her face on television due to her work as high court judge, I'm glad that the program showed us interactions between her and the triplets. It really does seem like she's the dominating parent while Il-kook is the playful one with the way she reprimands the crying Manse. And oh, how funny was Soeon's reaction to his parents hugging! He's so possessive of his mom!

I swear Yuto and Sarang are going to turn into a manga story. Been together since babies but have no definite status to their relationship. Regardless of that, they are best friends but then they had to separate for high schools and gradually lose touch. Then they meet each other by chance and get feelings for one another. Then there's Sarang's family where the mom's a top supermodel and the dad's one of the most toughest guys in Asia with his muscles and stuff and Yuto's gotta build his own reputation and when they finally paired up, Yuto and Sarang is going to be that celebrity power couple where all those that had unrequited love for them knew they never had a chance with either one xD

Daehan abides by rules - but not Minguk. When they were penalized by daddy and were told to sit in their remorseful chairs in a quiet room, Daehan really kept quiet and really repented. Minguk knew he had to sit properly and he did, but as soon as daddy left, he sang and danced, when daddy re-appeared, he sat still again. Also in another recent ep where the triplets were in military, the trainer left, Daehan sat still, did not move at all, whereas the other 2 brothers and children all played. Daehan is very mature, he understands much more than is expected of him, he reads a lot. i think he takes after his omma. However, Daehan could be a bit stubborn, and acts like a big brother - like telling Minguk "sing the firetruck song Minguk, and Minguk really sang. Very cute, and I love the bonding between these 3 cuties.

That is why all these babies are so adorable. I never expected Daehan to be so "obedient" - it's unreal. Minguk is the average good kid, and Manse is really free-spirited, loves to stick to his own moody spirit. They are wonderfully well mannered good kids. Thanks to Song appa and omma

at around 54:43 Yuto was going to play naughty with Sarang but seeing how thoughtful she was looking outside he stopped to act cute and cheer her up. He is like 2 to 3yo and can be more sensible than many guys. Guys learn something from this baby.

yuto's a kind, happy well mannered little boy. even his brother seems to be so thanks to their kind and caring mom. sarang seems to be more cool headed now, haven't seen her fighting yuto anymore. the triplets are sooo amazingly adorable!

I just observed from the previous episodes, when Minguk cries Manse cries. When Minguk is in danger Manse gets mad first on his behalf. How cute! Before Haru is like "Junu, Junu, Junu" now it's "Manse, Manse, Manse".

Shiho and Sunghoon are such cool and relax parents. I love how patient and playful they are in teaching Sarang.. Hwijae and his wife really the best combi.. strict, ambitious and yet funny parents.. Ilkook is the gentlest and most patient parent of all and wow, the triplets umma is a judge! Those kids would be very smart indeed.. the triplets are the best (and so darn cute!!).. Tablo and Hyejung are modern and such hip parents and Haru will grow up in the kind of life us kpop fans could only dream about.. Every family have their own lovable quirks and each parents have their own way of teaching/caring for their kids. There's no definite perfect solution to taking care of a child. And as far as I'm concerned, these parents are doing wonderful job of caring for their children.. Honestly, all of these kids are actually very well-mannered and smart for their age.

Just imagine if Yuto and Sarang actually end up being together and then they look back at the memories they created through this and through the years on their wedding day.....sigh...i almost cried imagining that. How beautiful! Lol and omg....Manse and Mingukk hugging it out was the cutest!!

I really love the way that Il Wook teach his triples how to behave and the way he takes care of his children. He even focus on every details and just make them practise daily at home such as saying thank you with a bow and never become upset with any of mess the triples did. How nice and beloved he is! Hopefully, I will have a future husband who have such a admiring characteristic just like him. And of course, Daehan, Minguk and Manse will grow up to be gentlemen due to the great family of such great parents like this. :D
