I would say that ignite is better than ghost in lane (with dark harvest + 4th shot), the real reason to get ghost is late game, In late game ignite will be useless because of range and non scaling damage, Ghost is one of the best scaling summs next to exhaust. I started thinking you never made a study about Jhin top, Study it more. Not saying i am a better player, Just saying that i know jhin top better.

imho exhaust is better suited for DPS rather than burst because Exhaust allows you to squeeze in more autos by standing still rather than kiting (in SOME situations) so I'm not going to advocate exhaust on Jhin other than it happens to be broken atm

Jhin has very low attack speed which means he benefits more from omnivamp than on-hit healing from cull
