great episode guys, there is a 14ft aventus distance feeder in the guru range, got to agree with tom with the reels i was the same diawa or shimano but i feel shimano has taken a step backwards lately in the coarse range,freezing groundbait no way, don't see the need any not used bag up and expel the air to stop it going bad and keep in the fridge just like maggots...all the best scott

I have a free spirit distance feeder rod in my opinion much better than a guru aventus the guru rod price point is ridiculous £475 im sorry but the guru aventus rod which i have used is way overpriced in my opinion you can find better for less free spirit rods are absolutely brilliant hand built great range of rods the freespirit company i fished the river wye this summer caught barbel to 14LB 8OZ i can cast a coconut to the horizon with my free spirit i recommend this company to everyone great customer service top class rods at sensible prices i have seen the octbox seatbox looks very well built guru aventus £475 you have got to be kidding me guru ALIEN

Got an Octbox D36. I fish rivers, never commercials. For me, a bit too agricultural. Heavy, cumbersome, maybe bought the wrong box for the type of fishing I do. Bombproof for flat tracks, but feel not the best for natural venues. Just my thoughts, for what they are worth.
