Walang cause of action, omission, no supportive evidence, may criminal case against the state: found guilty of treason, murder, rebellion & abandonment of his duty to trial determined culpability under persisting law.

2 years...... also noted is the Courts authority under administrative records to be considered. Lawyers who admit oral or pleading is guilty when they know they should be giving answers to........admissions, truth of fact and genuineness of documents. example of subornation of perjury penal code 127. Also stated in ABA rule 8.4
