Gonna have to disagree there. Ohtani situation was one guy making a bad decision. The Falcons drafting a QB was an entire organization making a bad decision. Falcons pick definitely higher

MLB and the FBI looked at Shohei for 1 day and said whatever works best for MLB and Shohei is right. There were so many contradictions as you pointed out Rich! Did you really think with all the money MLB gets from gambling the real story would ever be told? No details or the sequence of events were ever given or will ever be known.

The Penix selection isn't wild at all. It was unexpected, but not that hard to figure out. If the Vikings resigned Cousins to the same deal he got from the Falcons and then drafted Penix as his heir apparent, Rich would understand. He might even suggest that it was a smart move, especially since there was a chance that Atlanta could lose a pick in next year's draft.

Man tf up Atlanta. Own that sh1t. One of these 2 things are true (and possibly both): that was the dumbest draft pick ever, or the worst free agent signing ever. The worst part was the execution by not sitting down and explaining it to KC before hand.
