As a goalkeeper myself that won't be the right way to do a goal kick I usually let the ball go to the top of my boots to get all the power so I just shoot from the top of my boots in a way

It takes training, one thing i know is that you tilt more than you think, but in that moment it doesn't seem like that. I recomend finding a tutorial tho

You need to have a higher sense of balance which naturally comes with athleticism likewise running, jumping quick turns while running and parkour.

As you can see in the video, it has alot to do with you’re standing foot for me as a righty i lean onto my left spikes they give me stability for me to lean, hope this helps!

Fun fact: Shooting with toes can be beneficial in some situations Here is an example: When a defender goes goes for a tackle but instead of tackling the ball he trips u with his foot, if u don’t fall but u don’t have balance then shooting with ur toes will make it easy to finish when ur off balance

Learned that at primary school when I was 8 , ie don't lean back, keep top half of your body leaning forwards when striking the ball otherwise youll balloon the fcker over the bar .

Try to shoot the ball under the centre, if u r shooting with right foot then take a run up at an angle of 45⁰ from left, and focus on the ball while shooting, dont look upwards 👍
