You know this is actually a good way to make a durable net that doesn't scratch up the ball as much. Whatever there's a chain kind of net it always tears up the ball but cloth nets don't last nearly as long.

This is actually such a convenient rim without those nets .. you can hoop by yourself and not worry about the ball flying thru the rim when you swish .

Those two smaller rims are made to act as a net so they don't have to change it anymore.

I personally think it’s cool. You can see all of the little intricate details that make different shots have different results once they go through the net.

Those rim are fun to play with especially when you make shots it just swirl around LoL. We got the same court on our school park a decade ago. Good memories.
