Not only do we need a change of leadership we need a change of our electoral system, in de US presidential candidates from all parties go thru the debate season where people vote till there's only 2 left that can potentially become the next president provided he/she has convinced the nation that their policies works best if furthering the country, basically letting the voters decide who becomes president would be a better move for this country... He did, there are a lot of examples and speeches of him well documented of him going against the apartheid government. If going against a government is not risking your life, especially during those times when many of our people would dissapear after being arrested then angazi. And Ramaphos got arrested more than once so yes he did risk his life.
