@@LindenHS-Hillcraft But I just heard him, like deadass in the interview(1:08), say there was a "Group of kongs"("A kong or a group of kongs.") Which is consistent seeing as Godzilla soloed Skar's army in the past. Then again, I have heard of you, you are usually the one in the loop for leaks so feel free to correct me if Keyes truly confirmed that the Rival wasn't with a hunting party.

Also in the comic Godzilla refers to an individual and never a group. We also see no evidence of multiple individuals, only the one. Also Tiamat killed The Rival and if there were more Kongs then they would have been killed there as well. We see only the remains of the Rival and no other Kongs.

It’s true. Before gvk I was on team Godzilla. After noticing their toxicity compared to the way more chill Kong fanbase (at the time) I basically switched because I’ll never support toxicity to that level. Now they’re almost as bad as and I’m just watching it happen from a distance.

yeah it’s something that goes on ever since the hype train for GVK started.. Back in the day the fandom was actually more fun to engage with and all, but now the fact that powerscaling and who’s better is all they talk about took all the fun out of the franchise for me😒 And even tho I tend to view g fans as more toxic, that’s not to say Kong fans don’t have their problematic individuals

Partly indeed because how it just adds fuel to the fire I just stick to what I already know in the canon and stay away from arguments, because I know how ugly it can get. Also to add, he would've had to have beaten Ghidorah after the rival encounter, because up until MZ re-awaking, godzilla was considered king. So the rival would have had to fight MZ and beat him to still be considered king. (I've probably phrased/wrote this wrong)

Funny, Kong beat Skar King but has trouble with Godzilla; The Rival beat Godzilla, and NO, he's not "young and inexperienced" because he fought in the Titan War and battled Ghidorah, so Godzilla was STILL more experienced and very powerful, so stop making excuses. Also, how in the HELL would Godzilla only remember one Kong, but he remembers all of the other titans he fought??? He remembered Skar King and Ghidorah, who he faced before The Rival. YOU are putting your own " interpretation" on to what happened because all Godzilla fanboys can't stand The Rival beat Godzilla's ass, and Shimu wasn't even trying when she recently fought Godzilla and was handling him in every way.

This is not about Godzilla losing, this is about how people like you always make up dumb headcanons to make The Rival even remotely stand a chance against Skar King. Who the fuck even mentioned Shimo and whether or not she was handling Godzilla? Quit yapping already. The matter of the fact is, that Skar King absolutely DEMOLISHES The Rival, due to Skar King being able to fight Kong 2024 who was stronger than Kong 2021 who (when he was 88% weakened) literally knocked out Godzilla 2021, who previously got two nuclear bomb power ups (in 2019, & 1954), way after he fought The Rival. Whether or not Godzilla was “young & inexperienced” outright doesn’t even matter anymore because it’s clear that Godzilla has grown in power IMMENSELY over the years after the fight with The Rival. Also, let’s talk about how Skar King was able to actually contend with Kong even when he got the Beast Glove. Hell, he literally choked Kong so bad that Kong was starting to blackout. (Stated in the novelization) Kong with the Beast Glove was able to knock out Evolved Godzilla who is Godzilla at his peak power, being more powerful than Subatomic Godzilla who was comparable to Burning Godzilla. Can Skar King outright beat Evolved Godzilla? No, but he contended with someone who CAN knock him out, even if it was for a second or few, which is way more impressive than The Rival beating pre-1954 nuke Godzilla in a vague fight that we don’t even know how badly Godzilla lost in comparison. The fact that you idiots will continue to make up headcanons for The Rival to make him seem so strong to the point where he beats Skar King and even KONG (yes, I’ve heard people actually say such nonsense) is ridiculous. You Rival glazers can keep coping, LMAO.

Goji Center said that Godzilla fought Shimo and Ghidorah before Rival but the reason he lost to Rival was because He was inactive for millions years and inactivity can also weaken titans.

Personally here’s how I think the timeline goes (this video has changed my mind a lot on this) Rival and his gang jump Godzilla -> Ghidorah -> Great Kaiju War (Skar King and etc) Now I’m not saying Ghidorah is weak I’m just saying the Kaiju wor had to take place since Shimo helped Godzilla

Ancient Godzilla is not above Ancient Ghidorah. Many cave paints show that Godzilla needs the help of both Mothra and Rodan to fight The False King consistently. And to even make it worse, Shimo is said to have froze Ghidorah but since Godzilla also there, then the fight would have been a 2v1 and they only frozed him, not even kill him. Ancient Ghidorah > Ancient Godzilla.

The Rival was able to match Tiamat and beat him but then got beaten by a weakened post KOM Godzilla. This same weaken Godzilla was ready to beat the Rival. Tiamat doesn’t upscale the Rival in New Empire as she was actively feeding on radiation in the world and still got stomped by supercharged Godzilla. The Rival
