The Road To Clear Creek | Jeep Gladiator CRAZY Solo Off-Road Adventure

The Story Till Now

Күн бұрын

Solo off-road missions are often discouraged. You can run into obstacles on the way that can be dangerous, damage your vehicle, or end up stuck in deep mud. That's just what we did in a crazy solo off-road adventure in our Jeep Gladiator as we re-opened a road damaged by land slides.

Finally an off-roading/overland show that isn’t about a million sponsors. Also thank you for actually wheeling your rig. Thank you for your content.

I agree so much! Most channels are 80% showcasing their gear, 20% cooking show. Maybe a gratuitous shot of the drive there and back, but very little actual adventuring.
@TheStoryTillNow
@TheStoryTillNow 4 жыл бұрын
@@DeepOwl1073 luckily I can't cook 😅 This channel will always be about adventures first and foremost. The gear is not so important. I'm going to start doing some install videos for stuff I'm doing to the truck, but those will be separate, extra videos.

Right? Dude actually uses his shit. I have a rubicon 3.5" lift with only 35s and i go over so much more crazy shit than some of these channels who have 40s sponsors paid for. When I first started jeeping i didn't realise how much you could do if you just had balls. I grew mine. Still not big but big enough lol

Sketchy situation: "Do you still feel good about this?" "No, I feel great." Literally the spirit of adventure personified right there... Go big or go home. Another great episode.

I watch a lot of off-roading and overlanding channels and this is by far my favorite. You do some insane stuff in your gladiator and just watching the whole process, decision making and planning when the trail throws you through a loop is definitely going to help me when I get my gladiator!

One thing that keeps me watching your videos is it is not about the off roading aspects of the trip but more of the journey and the beautiful scenery with relaxing music unlike other off roading channels where I would watch a couple of technical scenes or clips and done with them. Keep them coming.

Great video. I like how the end you mention you were prepared and used all of your tools. That is what it's all about when you wheel alone. Too many people scream "never wheel alone" but I think thats only because they aren't prepared to wheel alone.

Great to see you using your gear to mitigate obstacles, instead of yehaw smashing through shit and busting parts...cuz you know , that's proper wheeling breaking stuff! Solo is the most challenging and I find, most rewarding.

Awesome adventure! 95% of my outings are solo. Proper gear, knowledge, and with an "I feel great about this." attitude, it's amazing the places you can go without assistance. FYI, that's not a repurposed bridge. They repurpose rail cars and make bridges out of them. I'm a heavy haul lowbed driver and have moved several rail cars that were used as bridges.

hey man ! that repurposed bridge isnt a railway bridge its actually a rail car ! I work for CP Rail and you can see on the side of the bridge the stake pockets which hold uprights to hold lumber inside the car. They often buy them up when they get decommisoned for projects just like this. For a Load Weight of over 160,000 Lbs Per Length (89 or 60 ft) And Like 10' wide, they can carry a ton of weight ! Just wanted to throw that in.
