Non-weightlifters and strength trainers will not appreciate just how strong she really is. At 49 kg, she clean and jerked 119 kg which is about 2.5 times her body weight (WR). That is an incredibly complex and heavy lift. 90 percent of normal male gym-goers won't be able to successfully accomplish that. And to think she comes from a very humble family in India with limited resources, in a country where athletes aren't given their due and train under substandard conditions with inadequate nutrition compared to western standards.
