I was lost for years. Drug addicted, alcoholic, violent, adulterous… you name it. But watching your family, and especially the prayers at the end of every episode, started my transformation. I’m now clean, sober, happily married and baptized. Thank yall so much.

I met Si and Willy while they were filming Duck Dynasty in Hawai back in 2010 maybe. Really down to earth and very friendly. I ran into Willy in the laundry room and he was doing his own laundry, now that’s down to earth.

It amazes me what a real woman will endure to keep her family together. Ms. Kay's faithfulness and love for God and her family is what saved her family. God, spouse, children keep them in order and obey God and His commandments and He will take care of you and yours. ❤🙏🙌✝️ there is power in the Blood of the Lamb. ✝️

Phil is very humble about the way he reacts to some of the fun poked at his past sinful behavior. It’s admirable! I love how he just laughed along with miss Kay when she told the story about smelling marijuana and truthfully responded “when you’re not following Jesus, you lie A LOT” 😆 he makes no excuse for his past behavior, owns up to it, and laughs along with the jokes about it. I love that! Can’t wait to watch the movie. I got tickets a while back and invited a few friends.

My family has been so ruined by sin and divorce, but God saved me when I was 22. I remember watching duck dynasty all the time years ago and being so sad that I never had a family like this but the Lord reminded me that I have HIM! And one day, for those that are born again, we will all be God’s family!

Me and my husband have such a bad past we were homeless, strung out, God got us through that. There was still one little piece of our past we have been holding onto. We just realized we have to let it go. You have to die and be born again, thank yall for this. 🙏

A beautiful testimony.I too am like Miss Kay, my husband couldn’t handle the drink and was abusive at times. Thank the Lord he got saved and hasn’t drank in over a decade. The Lord is so good to us. I can’t wait to watch the movie.

I don't have words. I'm from Miss Kay & Phil's generation. I was in California living the hippie lifestyle. But in much the same drug lifestyle. I can't wait to see the movie. Sadie was the perfect person to interview the family. I feel like I know these people because they have been consistently authentic. Including the spouses. Thanks for this podcast.

I would love for Alan to do my husband and my renewals of vows on our 20th when it comes ❤️ This family has no idea what they have done for my husband and I- we met in 2003 and were a couple until marriage in 2012 It wasn’t always easy but we hung in there because we love each other and God wants us together ❤️🔥we now have a 7 year old We love you all- like family to us-A great example to follow with Phil and Kay’s testimony

Watching this movie really hit home. Opened my eyes relating to Phil in a way. That scene where he was by the water cutting the fish and had flash backs of his childhood. A lot of people don’t understand how real that moment is. They just come to you out of nowhere. I think what really hit me was when he stopped running from it and reached out to God. I’ve never been a full walker of Jesus but I cried and looked back at moments in my life and I think it’s time I commit myself to Christ. I’m proud I’ve not taken a drink in 6 years but I have so much more work to do. Thank you for sharing your story. This movie is so POWERFUL !

I saw a video today of a man who received a word from the Lord that because of a few idiot people there would be backlash from this movie and y’all would feel it come against you, but that God completely has you in his hands and you have nothing to worry about. My mom and dad were both drunks so myself brothers and sisters all grown now with kids and grandkids of are own can relate with your family thank God our parents eventually stopped drinking and fighting by the grace of God anyone can turn there life around so happy your dad found God and saved his family from falling apart God bless your family

I was in active addiction for 8 years. I hit rock bottom, had literally lost everything, including my nursing license, my livelihood. The last 2 years of using I started praying to God, listening to preaching and Christian music and one night, I finally had enough. I begged God to save me or take me. I couldn’t do this anymore! He showed up and showed out. On June 28th, it will be 4 years since I cried out and he rescued me. All glory goes to God. I never even stepped foot in treatment, no relapses or anything. I tried a million times to get sober on my own and failed every time. I always tell anyone who will listen that this was a God thing! He has kept me strong and been everything I needed to get past that part of my life. I’m no longer ashamed or embarrassed of my past. I am honestly thankful for my past. My story shows people the power of God and that he can save anyone and gives his grace and love so freely! No one is ever too far gone. Turn to God and cry out! He will get you through anything EVEN the things you caused yourself!

Phil, thank you for enduring this. Thank you for sharing the light of Jesus in your darkest period of your life. This has been inspiring for me to know as I walk through this dark tunnel towards Jesus, I know he is waiting and wanting me. I must continue to follow and to live a life for God.

💝💝💝I have never seen Phil cry.....I was in tears when he showed his heart...Rev 12:11 And they have overcome him by the Blood of the Lamb and the Word of their testimony And they loved not their lives unto death. Thank you for sharing your testimony Phil and the rest of your Beautiful family. It takes a secure in Jesus Christ Person to share the dead man's life and then show God's Grace and how he transforms lives through Christ Jesus for His Honor His Glory and His Praise!!.....This is so powerful to help people (especially men who don't like to be vulnerable or admit their hurting) you just showed them visually how powerful and necessary for eternal Life with God this choice can change the direction and outcome of their eternity...dying to self and trusting and surrendering to Jesus ... repentance (change your mind) Great job I knew several men who did all that they showed you did and they may be the ones you did this for....I pray God uses this to get them to turn to him and anyone else who needs Jesus. Great Job.....Love your families, God Bless and Protect Y'all.

I was born with liver disease that nearly killed me. At the age of 19, I had 3 months left to live and had a liver transplant that literally saved my life. That was in 2012, and I was the youngest person to ever receive healthy NK cells from a new organ. Life is complex and precious, God works in very mysterious ways. He’s in all the details ❤️

My Dad passed Sept.29th. 2023 77yrs. old. He turned away from his bad ole ways 15 yrs after I was born I just turned 49 Aug 30th. The Lord saved my Daddy. I lost my Mother as a new Mom at 23. On Feb 5th. "98" I buried my Dad Oct 5th. 2023 I have been raised as a Holy Roller. I'm still Rolling On. Praise The Lord...

There are so many horrible things going on in this world and your family has been such a great inspiration to me. Your family is so positive and we NEED more of that. I have watched the Duck Dynasty series a few times over. I listen to all the family podcasts. I have read all the books. I can not wait to see this movie!! I just saw the movie and was so moved. My son passed away a few years ago and I am so thankful he was born again and loved Jesus but I so wished he could have had an ending like you Phil and Miss Kay. Keep on sharing the Good News! Praise Jesus.

It sounds like this movie is EXACTLY what America needs to help us see that those we wish to aspire to be like are human, with flaws and mistakes, become redeemed and achieve God's purpose on Earth to His Glory. I mean, how can the rest of us know how to overcome if we never see those that have "made it" struggle THROUGH??? I can't wait to see and share this movie. I have days where I do not feel worthy to be saved, but our Heavenly Father loves us so much, and Phil is so right, nobody is too far gone to be saved. We just have to call out to God, he is waiting on us. I am so excited to see this movie. I have not been to a movie theater in years, and years, but I will be there for this one. Thank you for sharing your story. I love your family.

Miss Kay has set an example for truly forgiving your spouse. She could have constantly thrown his past in his face when upset but she didnt. Phil completely changed and walked away from those bad things and they moved on to raise their family. Very inspirational that they were able to do that.

I put off watching these till tonite. I went and saw the movie with my Wife of 30 yrs and am going to take my mother tomorrow. Just wanted to say thanks, and we hope this will eventually be available for purchase. Keep doing what you do Phil, God Bless.

Started out years ago buying my son your duck calls (not knowing a thing about you). FFD years later I watch The Blind and WOW❤️THEN I watch & fall in love w/ Duck Dynasty. The Robertson family is awesome❤️

You people shared your lives and Jesus with us fans all these years and it has been wonderful. Nothing worth having comes without suffering because that's part of it. God has put an anointing of salvation and deliverance on everything your family has put out. I know it must have been costly. Much more then money could buy. You could have let it end with Duck Dynasty but you went on to share through your podcasts and now this movie. Im so grateful for your story. Bravo! Thank you and God bless all. ❤Zion❤

Me and my wife watched the Blind and it was pure magic. I think we've all been to a place that we want to forget and to be able to crawl out of that with dignity and grace that's Jesus Christ. Crying right now just typing this, on Samsung TV they have a Duck Dynasty channel and I pretty much have that thing on all day. What a wonderful family nobody's perfect but the bravery to be able to share the story is just incredible❤

I have admired the Robertson for years there are so genuine and they don't care about what the secular world says about them, they say Jesus first and everything else is secondary, I Love Phil and Miss Kay's so much they are awesome people and I wish I had family just like them.
