BlairWalkdor2013 - Your comment is the most black and white comment I've seen in a long time. It's not as simple as you make out and you're talking like people are so stupid they've never thought about skincare before or don't have a routine already but still have persistent skin problems. A lot of skin issues can't be resolved by a dermatologist, and no one is saying makeup is supposed to "fix" anything. No one is naive enough to use makeup as a cure for skin complaints. Makeup is only supposed to make skin _appear_ better than it is and most people understand that. But how can Charlotte talk up her products like they perform miracles yet demonstrate it in skin that is already perfect? How can you say your skin will appear flawless and glowy on skin that is already flawless and glowy? How do we really see what your product is doing if the skin had no problems to address to begin with? It makes no sense. A lot of people leaving a critique about the models she uses don't have "severe skin issues". Many might have long term skin conditions like Rosacea that dermotologists *can't* fix. Rosacea can be _controlled_ and managed but there's no cure --it's chronic. No Derm can fix that. What will you tell them? What about other minor skin complaints like hereditary dark circles? Or in the meantime, while a woman has Pregnancy Mask (aka Melasma) what is she supposed to do to make that appear better while treating it? Or are you just gonna lecture her about a dermatologist? Most people do not have perfect skin no matter how amazing their skincare. And tbh, your comment is almost the equivalent of designers putting clothes on size-0 models so you tell regular folk who can't relate to those extremely skinny girls (because it doesn't look the same on normal figures) that "THAT'S WHAT *PROFESSIONALS* DO". I mean, why don't they get a grip, right? They shouldn't complain that a Size -0 is wearing the clothes. Like, sorry ladies if your body doesn't look like that. They're professionals who use professional skinny models, that's how the clothes look best. That's what PROFESSIONALS like them do. They just don't look as good on regular bodies **shrugs** . Or oh, a 28 yr old modelling anti-wrinkle cream? I'm sorry you can't see how it works on mature skin but you can't complain because that's what PROFESSIONALS like them do.

Maria J Ortega The problem is that she keeps saying that her products create miracles. She keeps saying that you will look flawless and glowy and then uses it on a model that's already flawless and glowy. What the fuck am I supposed to take from that. I'm a person with pretty good skin but I still get a spot here and there and if I don't know if a expensive foundation will help me with that then why would I spend my money on it. It would be nice to see her put her eye miracle on a aging model and not on a twenty year old or her foundation on someone with redness, because a lot of people have rosacea and it chronic so you can't get rid of it. Everyone gets a pimple and when that happens it's nice to now that a product that's is claimed to be magical can handle that. I WANT HER TO PROVE THAT HER PRODUCTS ARE AS AMAZING AS SHE CLAIMS THEM TO BE IN EVERY VIDEO. She can keep saying that a product works for every skin type, but until I see it I'm not believing it. I have her foundation and when I have a bad day and have a bit of redness or a spot that foundation doesn't do shit and it sucks because in every video she describe it as amazing. Which it obviously isn't.

DemonicbutAngelic that's weird Ive never had that problem. Maybe you have dry eyelids. They eyeshadow has trouble adhering when there isn't enough moisture. Also putting a little bit of foundation on your lids helps it stay all day.
