No because that's not what he said, if you want to hold rock to that then hold every other huge name to that. He meant he wouldn't be MIA for years at a time and it looked like The Rock would never appear on WWE TV ever again which was how it was looking until 2011. Rock has always loved wrestling and is one of the most if not the most unselfish main event mega stars that company has ever had, he put people over he had no business to but always did the honors.

it's a bit different to 2011, where now there always a portion of wrestlers backstage who are irritated when he has a segment, as they feel they could have a better spot on the card instead and there's already enough legends wrestling on the show....And even a portion of the audience feels that way....sometimes there is a time to go away...lol if he ever wanted one more match at WM and they don't overload it with legends that will feel cool. or a special appearance at wm every 5 years or a really special RAW show.
