Mr. Kassim Nsimbe the Principal Public Relations Officer of the Parliament of Uganda comprehensively educates NSDC participants about the different arms of government and the role of Parliament/Members of Parliament; legislation, appropriation, oversight and representation.
Kassim continues to share a rich history of Uganda's politics and democracy walking participants through the pre, independence and post independence eras.
