Everyone else thinks 100 or so hours is long, but as someone who spends that much time on a 12 fps project, that is very, very good! :D You put a lot of effort into your work, Alan, and we appreciate that :)

There _is_ a way to get Adobe Animate for free... getting the old version. helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-5-product-downloads.html Official Adobe link for Adobe Flash CS5.5, a program like CS6. I recommend this version because the serial numbers you find on the internet for CS6 does NOT work. CS5.5's do.

Video length = 15 minutes Speed = 300x Therefore original time taken to make this= 15 x 300 = 4500 mins = 75 hrs = 3 ⅛ days non stop work = 6 ¼ days(if someone works 12 hours a day) = 8 ⅓ days(a avg person cannot work more than 9 hours a day) I thought these things can be easily made in a very small time as people use computers but when I came to know that every thing has to be drawn I felt a new respect for animators(especially you!) . These are wonderful

*TIP* *For the backgrounds and minecraft elements, I recommend you to build them in minecraft and then take screenshots layer by layer using the mod "MineShot". Wich is a Minecraft mod that allows you to take huge resolution screenshots. It comes very handy when you have To create natural minecraft landscapes, or making build etc... :)*

Yo, I'm early, since I'm early I'm gonna paste my suggestion since you posted something and said you need suggestions how to make a good OC(original character), or atleast how to make or think of a good animation/story, oh, and maybe you can make more tutorials about tweening, like shaking, or maybe camera tips just like how you did it with the "stage" on your principle of animation video, or a tutorial of cycles, I know you did run cycles and walk cycles, but I want you to make a tutorial about fight cycles like punching, kicking, jumping, bumping and other attacks or defenses or any cycle connected to fighting, if not, maybe make more animation tips about Minecraft animations, or maybe tips on how to draw characters step by step I just want you to know that your the master of Animators in my opinion, I look up to many Animators but your number one for me, Good luck on your next animations, I hope you see this, and I hope you respond 🙏🙏🙏

This isn't a _terrible_ suggestion, but keep on mind that the Alan Tutorials channel is not a story tutorial channel, it is an animation tutorial channel. There are hundreds of videos on how to make hood stories and how draw good?

Let me give you a good tip: Be original. Because if your channel is filled to the brim with hilarious knockoffs of Alan Becker's work, it's not gonna come out good.

Many thanks for the constructive criticism, but as I said I was just inspired, and I did not copy Alan's channel, because here in Brazil we have a saying that I do not know if you have there: "myths create, rubbish copy", even by that if you see my video, you'll see that it's just Stick, and that the video theme Alan never did in a video of him ...
