When Bill left in 1993, it seemed so odd to have just four Rolling Stones. Now we're down to three, and it's simply sad. As they said in '74, Time Waits For No One. But how blessed we are to have two of the founders and long-time soldier Ronnie Wood to make one more (final?) album...with not only Bill and Charlie on it, but Elton John, Stevie Wonder, and Paul McCartney, too! To paraphrase another song they sang, "Time Is On Their Side." Still. 🎤🎸🎸🎸🥁

there are only 2. Mick and Keef. Brian was tossed out of his own band, Bill retired, and Charlie's dead. Ron isn't an original Stone.

@@PreacherAtArrakeen As Bill Wyman eternally states, "Mick and Keith joined Brian's band." You can include Ian Stewart in there if you choose to, but those five FOUNDED "The Rolling Stones" as the world knows them. I know what I said when I said "TWO of the founders."

They somehow sound in this interview like they did when they were just starting, they were well before my time but I’m obsessed with them, and from what I’ve heard of the new album, they sound amazing, I wish the Beatles had this kind of wind down, as a 30-something who’s obsessed with them, this new album is probably as excited for an album as I have been in a while, I’m just glad we’re getting another one

Love MJ. A wonderful example of being well loaded (money wise) and the happiness with his life showing on his face and personality. Contentment indeed. I guess these sentiments apply to all of the Rolling Stones. Well done ‘lads’ 👍🏻

Yes, it really hasn't changed much in terms of what goes on in the studio. However, what happens after the studio is what has changed. With 100K new songs premiering on Spotify daily, it is a race to get your song heard. Of course, the Stones don't have that problem.

My middle aged dad said they’d go far when he first saw them on Top of the Pops in the early sixties. How right was he? I originally saw them at Richmond Town Hall before they became famous. Plus at many other gigs between then and at their last concert in Hyde Park a few years ago. 😬

A great band. I saw a little bit of his recent NY gig in a short video. He was singing "shattered". I couldn't understand a word other than the word "shattered". I am into lyrics and would rather listen to a video with lyrics rather than attend a concert. Concert is more for cheering and having fun. Cheers to them anyway.
