This was Chenford’s episode. A double date with their dates. No, ma’am. That was a Chenford date! So lots of Chenford parallels. Many of the parallels could actually weave into other parallels, so they may seem a little disjointed.
1) Tim is still fishing for signs Lucy is interested in him 3x14 & 4x03
2) Grey and Romeo have something in common, they both lost a partner 1x03 & 2x15
3) Chenford sharing food 1x02 & 2x06 (requested by Kari & M on twitter) - the mushroom clip can also be in the “too well” parallel.
4) They know each other “too well” 2x11
We were cheated out of seeing the eating together scenes where Lucy knows Tim doesn’t like mushrooms or Tim knows Lucy likes veggie burger and fries.
5) Chenford in the morgue 2x11- The closeness (which you see more in the next parallel clip), the blue light, the getting off the elevator.
6) Chenford Body Cam App 1x09- they use the body cam again in 1x20, but they are not together, so you won’t see that here. I liked here the contrast in the orange to the blue colors, too.
7) Tim saying Lucy is not his friend to not his partner to his girlfriends. (I wasn’t bothered by this line at all b/c of the central theme of the episode being that Lucy is at the front of Tim’s mind pretty much always, and well she’s technically not his partner even tho they more so act like equals)
