I signed my daughter up for riding in 2020, she was 10 at the time, and she still rides and loves it today. She's even decided that she wants to go to an Agriculture college and work with horses forever. Signing her up for those lessons was the turning point for finding her passion. I'm so happy they were up and running during the worst year of her young life. It kept her occupied and happy.

I understand her love. I started lessons at 5 and fox hunting and showing at 10. I continued for the next 50 years. I hope she will enjoy riding as long as possible. 😊😊

I started at 8, and over 50 years later, still enjoy it when I get the chance. However I am definitely paying for all the years I spent 10 hours a day in the saddle for 3-4 months of summers teaching riding and taking out trails. But I wouldn't have had it any other way! Maybe I would have tried not to fall off as often as I did! 😂😂😂

I love horses as well, I rode them when I was young, now I am 65 and too old to ride but I still love the horses and I watch the Kentucky derby every year because I love horseracing as well 🌹⚜️🇺🇸

Such a Pity she could never figure out that placing a metal bit in a horse's mouth, would actually cause enormous pain to the poor creature.😢

Are they using curb bits or snaffle? Snaffles are considered the most gentle bits. But the curb bit can be painful.

There are MANY types of bits besides the handful you are likely familiar with. They all have their proper uses. The Queen spends ALL her free time on her horse racing career and riding hobby. She would never do anything to do any harm to any horse. Certainly not her prized possessions that cost what they did! You do know how much the horse and sport costs, don't you? And that is besides how well she cares for them. They are her family!@@baylorsailor
