@keensteveo Actually, both God Save the Queen and God Defend New Zealand are national anthems in New Zealand. Legally, they have equal status as national anthems, but it's just that God Defend New Zealand is more popularly used.

5:05 this sequence wouldnt work nowadays, wheelie bins are not so flexible :) Edit: though bin men we have now wouldnt cope with the old metal ones, used to see them chuck full ones on their shoulders/backs to carry them to the lorry, then throw the empty bin down your garden after, all bins were battered out of shape and the lids never fitted anymore. Wierldy, we could get all the families waste into those small bins, now wheelie bins which are way bigger are rammed.

@liddlmau yea on the basis of the commonwealth technicality NZ is apart of the Queens Monarchy. However our national anthem is God Defend New Zealand, Not God Save the Queen, which is where the irony behind this comes from.
