I always play rubick as support and i mostly lose but whats most important is i always have fun

double the excitement when i clicked on the video, Mr. 5up. i play mainly pos 4 or 5 on any hero but the hero I play most is rubick. im only a low rank player but i find that most of the stuff you pointed out in the video, I was already doing. the not lvling up ur ult at lvl 12 and that aggressive item build and that pavise and glimmer item combo is new to me so imma go try that next time i play. Superb job on the quality too!

I play a bit greedier with phylactery (ult cast range is insane, so it also helps with little slow), but kinda similar. I wish I could be confident in my teammates, just like you. More Rubick videos!👍

How would you rate the intro and outro compared to the ones before? Way better or?

@@5updota Intro grips my attention more, outro keeps the flow, makes the video seem much shorter than it actually is, so much better than before, what you did before felt like more suited for a match introduction, like a purge video when he uploads a replay/stream vidoe/edit of what he played

Thank you! I decide it on both. But I would say 70% because of the enemy heroes and 30% of my position 3 hero.

A specific question for rubick vs morp (I asked this question on your reddit today and you somehow post a rubick video, hope it won’t give you double work). How do you optimise attribute steal as a rubick? Generally I morp all agi into strength but that result into low armor and very low attack speed and bring trouble especially when dewarding. Would like to know your view and experience on how to optimise attribute shift spell stole. Thanks for your work!

Ehm I usually dont even steal it if I dont need it :D Because you will legit get it whenever you ulti morph so you can just steal it in the fight to morph up and if you die u can steal it later on and morph a bit down again. but giving yourself like 300-500 hp is nice and it doesnt really change that much of ur armor and attack speed.

Hello! As a fellow Rubick grandmaster myself i can say this is a guide very well done! The only thing i would like to ask is, why do you suggest skipping the second point in the ult? I feel like the cooldown reduction can be really helpful in prolonged fights

Because a point in your lift does way more then a point in your ulti. Sometimes I also do 2 points into the ult but only if I have a spell that I can always get from the enemy's plus if the spell is viable for farming or anything else that is important. But I would say 3 out of 4 times I max lift first and then ult.

Nice guide. I love to play Rubick. You just forgot to say the obvious, that as a rubick player, you really should know most of the spells in the game, what you want to steal and when you want to steal.

any tips on how to stay alive longer in teamfights especially when you are being focused a LOT? Enemy team usually do their best to find where I am positioned (backlines, trees, fog), and wait me out to reveal my position in teamfights. Seems like they hate me lmao especially those heroes with skills that I can turn around with (Void, Sky, Shaker, etc). Support btw.

You need items to stay alive, like glimmer, blink, force.... Plus if you know the enemys are just waiting for you then make sure that you dont show until they show even if they wait like 30 seconds in a teamfight you also can do that. Specially because you are a support not showing and they are a core or something else not showing. Just be patient and wait for the enemys first move if you are not 100% sure your move works.

What to do with the 2 circlet after we move into mid game? bracer/null or just sell it?

1 bracer is fine. But you can also sell both circlets. (I sell them 99% of the time)

I like the phylactery as a core Rubick. Not sure about the dagon :D But the phylactery is a sick item if you play Rubick on mid or offlane.
