Hey guys! Today we're featuring Ryan's turbocharged BMW E30 325i which has got to be one of the most exciting and well thought out turbo builds we've ever had on the channel. With 350~whp screaming out of that M20 single-cam engine, this 80s German classic will not only catch you off guard with the amount of power and torque it puts down, but also with the attention to detail hidden within every corner of the car. Ryan has built this E30 himself over the last couple of years, and it's his definition of the perfect E30 street car, something I would have to whole-heartedly agree with, even though the only E30 i've ever driven has been this car. In my humble opinion, it's the best content overall that we've ever shot. We met with DoctaM3, TheSmokingTire, Shayne, and a few others. Drove some truly epic cars and showcased LA car culture from our own eyes. You guys will love it.

This car is still running the B-pillar brace I made in 2008 for my car, then sold and it has been in a few peoples cars now. Even in a roll over accident where it saved a guys life according to the fire fighter. I did however make different versions of this brace after this one, which was the first piece. Glad to see it still being used.

Nice video and such a beautiful car. I myself own an e36 which I do look after and can say that Ryan has really accomplished the dream car - an oldschool BMW with a turbo in it balanced just perfectly in engineering and vision. Congratulations dudes, that was a great video, and it would be cool if you make more series like that with people who have participated previously.

love every thing about this e30 . perfect setup and perfect seat and federal tires , good choice . but i think 17'' wheels are a little big on e30 . 16'' gold jdm look , could be nicer

My best friend had an engine swapped e30 he used to give me rides home in highschool and that car made me want a bmw sooooo bad. Now i own a z3 and am saving for an e30 of my own

an e30 as a first car in the uk is impossible unless you want to pay like 6k for insurance, but the cars themself are about 2-5k for a decent one

s c a r r Not necessarily, the e30 is eligable for classic insurance which is suprisingly cheap, for comprehensive it is about £500 for a non-experienced driver.

Georgi Prokopiev stock manifolds flipped upside down and connected with a Y adapter I made. The exhaust is 3" all the way back to a single resonator.

not gonna lie, the stock e30 shifter feels like a wet noodle. Even worse if the linkages are fk'd. Switching to the m3 shifter is definitely the first mod i'd recommend to a stock e30.
