IM REMOVING EVERYTHING EVEN THE HARNESS! In this episode we get to work on the mgb interior. It's the final frontier of the build. This means stripping everything out, removing the harness, building a cage, installing new panels and seats and then getting the car ready for its first drive! In todays episode I get the entire interior out and begin working on heat isolation and harness removal

Looks like some good progress. I good idea to pull the dash. You should of degreased the surface of the interior before painting it otherwise the paint is not going to adhere for very long

I really don't know what you were so worried about; according to the 'video time bar' it only took a few minutes to take out the dash! ;)

Going to look great. So many people concerned about the way your doing it but I get it. Your just laying it out so you don't have to stare at a terrible interior. I do the same thing. It's like sweeping up even when your making a mess. Makes you see the results of each step. Not a big deal to paint a small area and than fix it later.

Watching you cut all the wiring out like that made me think back to my first project vehicles wiring and how it looked like someone went through with a pair of wire cutters and started chopping it apart! On the plus side I know that you won’t leave it like that!

This MGB GT build is fantastic! My stock 74 roadster is fun but this thing is gonna be awesome. I would also be interested in buying the old radio if you plan on selling it. I'm super impressed with your work ethic on this, the transformation is Bad Ass.

At what point did he say he was replacing the floors? He just did a bunch of rust repair. He DID say it was going to be covered. By carpet. Which means you can't see the rust come back.

It's the built official way. His video are hard to watch. Every once in awhile I watch one and then read the comments. Always surprised at the compliments. I just cringe. He should have treated the rust and painted with DP40 or something similar. Noticed he didn't paint the door jambs. So predictable.

Now that you have the dash removed is generally easier to do the British cars with the front windscreen or windshield removed you can get these securing nuts and bolts a lot easier. Is it me you got it out I’m still questioning and I’m baffled why are you even put that matting down when you’re going to be welding a cage in there?!?!?!! Here’s another thought you probably won’t do it but since you have the dash out I’d take a good picture of it including the leaves on the backside so you don’t screw the wiring up haphazardly putting it all back together but I would further remove all the gauges and send them out to be calibrated!! No better time to do that then the present…..

Help me understand here because you’ve done a heck of a lot of work to the outside all the modifications just to allow for the motor that you put in it and the way you put the radiator in and everything!! Why in the hell are you putting that paint in Dedner matting on the passenger flooring when you said you need to cut it out and do some rest repair you’re kinda doing things but backwards don’t you think and you’re making double work for yourself?!?!??!! Wow I was pretty impressed with some of the work you’re doing but you flip a “180” on this one😳😳😳😳

All is the matter fact I am a hell of a lot of fun at parties but I don’t really find good ground or much fun in duplicity or hindsight!! And as for the other reply yeah he said he was gonna stop what he was doing after he cut out the dash in the dash panel nothing was said about the deaddinging of the floor mats and the flooring where all the rest was being concealed get your facts straight!!
