Legendary video game writer, producer, and director Suda51 (Goichi Suda) wrote on some of the dark stories of that video game, and the darkest by far is when your wrestler gets so good that they end up unraveling as a person and they decided to end it all...yeah, that went so hard in the Fire Pro Wrestling series that not only did Suda51 never work on that franchise ever again, but that he also never did anything that was quite that dark again, and it wasn't until Fire Pro Wrestling World that they decided to do story lines in their franchise again.

He’s a horrible ref and officer. You never tell news like that over the phone, even if they’re begging you, and ESPECIALLY if they’re emotional. At the very most you say that they cannot talk right now and that they need to come to the station and identify something, because that means you aren’t lying as well as not breaking the news to the victim over a phone call. Tl;dr bad ref bad cop

Man I remember that freq storyline. I don't think I made it this far though, because it all kind of became too much after a while lol and I ended up back in franchise mode.
