Switched from iphone XR to the Flip 5! I love how much you can customize and the aesthetic! And don't even get me STARTED on the fact you can unfold it to answer calls and close it to hang up. its because apple used to be the innovators and the company putting out the best phone at first which gives them that reputation. Now they can just make small incremental upgrades and market it for so much money when their competition is still innovating making the gap between them and other phones smaller. I still think apple is by far one of the top phone companies but no longer the best and eventually wont be even close.

My stepfather, who was pretty much dragged into smartphones kicking and screaming, loathed giving up the flip factor but his business plan is set up to only account for certain phone carriers for tax deductible purposes. He had a couple of burner style android phones while hunting for the basic flip phones he adored. He barely tolerated them. Now he's got the Samsung galaxy z flip 5 and he is in love with the phone. Smartphone convenience in a flip phone package. Every time it goes off (and it goes off a lot due to him having his business stuff on it along with using it as his personal phone), he gets excited. At last, my stepfather is perfectly pleased with his phone.

I, for one, have an iPhone for ease of use and for the ecosystem (do not rant to me about this. I choose to buy Apple gadgets because I love how all of them sync together so perfectly). I am not bothered about customisation. For me, that’s not what a phone is used for anyway. I don’t customise and I don’t do games. I don’t do techie stuff a lot of people are obsessed about. I am a person who doesn’t like change so having an operating system that basically restricts customising is better for me. I even hate how Android have so many pre-installed apps. I like everything organised so just seeing an Android’s main screen freaks me out. I originally wanted to get the iPhone 15 Pro Max but changed at the last minute. I’m now waiting for my Z Fold 5. I saw a video about it and could not resist. My current job requires me to do a lot of multitasking on the go and since iPhone is giving me a hard time, I decided to switch. I am really excited but apprehensive at the same time as transferring data will be quite a challenge. 😊😅

Oh and yeah,my dad had this phone before and the thing is,dont drop it where the fold bit is,its very sensitive and this happened to my dad and he luckily got it fix but he decided to send it back idk why but it had a nice pastel blue colour😔

The reason why people choose Apple over Samsung, is because they just see a lot of big influencers using Apple and advertising it, or they just see most kids or are most of their friends using Apple products. Not only that, nowadays, people will pick Apple over Samsung, because apparently it’s a criminal act to text someone with green messages. Sometimes whether to dictate to buy Samsung or Apple, they just search up a bias, KZfaq video that would purposefully make apples sound more better.
