Visitor Assistant Jonty Stern talks about the Sarcophagus of Seti I in the Crypts of Sir John Soane's Museum, and decodes some of the complex heiroglyphics and stories that can be found carved into it.

This artifact should be returned to Egypt, now that they have completed the GEM. It's hard to see it properly, inside that glass case.

Why is the sarcophagus at Soane's Museum? Was it looted by the empire? Was it a gift from the Egyptian government? (I doubt) Should it be brought back to its rightful owners?...Too many questions with obvious answers
