Mooi compact setje voor een veld activatie. Persoonlijk niet echt een voorstander van de SMA connectoren in het veld, maar gezien de constructie wil je dit zo wie zo niet bij te hoge lucht vochtigheid gebruiken (lees: alles groter gelijk aan mot regen). There is a problem with the signal-to-noise ratio of the audio track of this video. From a communications point of view the background music is noise. It interferes with hearing what you are saying and reduces the effectiveness of the video.

-80 till -90dB received on this dish. The Circular antenna lowers the receiving signal a lot.

I know! it is a compromise to stay compact and use one dish. You can use a separate rx antenna and remove the helix from the LNB.

@@pe1ckk I don't buy this helix I built my own and what I found out? the 1st coil I made was 4 windings and a incline from one winding to the next 20mm (but this was wrong). I install it and then I found out that my receiving don't work. I found out without the coil I can receive with my own re-built LNB 25MHz external supplied TXCO or GPSDO kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ldZhqbGImL_WZYk.html We do the math Lambda = c/f(downlink lowest freq.) so 300000/1048950 = 28.6000286mm - this is the correct lowest freq. in that case the coil is for the downlink now a all polarized director and for the uplink a circular antenna. I need 1 week that I understand this problem that the coil is from the back view a circle and this means it has all polarization for the vertical 10.48950GHz wave. But this circular director for the 10.49GHz wave have some issues - 1st the thickness of the wire for transmission? 8mm² is good to go and 2nd the loose of the signaling of the downlink that I mentioned -80dB till -90dB on a 80cm dish here in Vienna/ Austria. 73

None! The satrover can handle 5 Watt. The ic705 ran be reduced to very low power. It was set to 1,5 W

Leuke set,muziek staat inderdaad wat te luid,is hinderlijk,maar kon het goed volgen.Verder een vraag,neem aan dat u in een open gebied woont,gezien dat de schotel,laag bij de grond staat,ik ben aan het experimenteren met een qo-100 lnb te koop bij wimo en een 80 cm schotel,if op 432 mhz,helaas woon ik in een omgeving met veel woningen.

Wat is het fijn om de roepletters niet te gebruiken bij dit soort experimenten met groot bereik en faciliteiten in de ruimte. Hoeft niet met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring. Ook als je ATV'er bent hoeft dat niet.
