Hi Art, I have replied to your e-mails about the address and also the one this morning. I'm not sure but perhaps the difference in time zones is the problem. Your order was sent the same day (Tuesday 16th) and the tracking shows that it has left the U.K and will be in the US later today. However, I will refund you now. Alex

@@monstermagicshop So as you said this item that I ordered is not available but managed to add it to the cart and pay for it. I have the same issue with Alakazam selling items that they don't have yet in their stock. Seems UK-based magic shops have the same pattern.
