They never gave Mollie enough shine, both she and Frankie got the least amount of lines and I always found that unfair to them.

SEGA Dreamcast No matter how you spin it, the song underperformed. It was their first song to miss the top 10, even the top 20. For such a mainstream act, it's a very low chart position... and #22 was the peak, so it doesn't say anything about how it did in the long run. Some songs can be #1 for a few minutes and then drop. IIRC, Work dropped very quickly and disappeared from the charts never to be heard again. It just wasn't as successful as their previous singles, so yeah, it did flop. Which sucks, because I think the song didn't deserve that (if that wasn't obvious in my original comment).

@@Buddychigo actually if I remember rightly, it was because Micheal Jackson died when this was released so all they was playing was MJ songs eveyrwhere wich meant no air play for songs coming out I cld be wrong but I think that's actually why bad timing :( as this wild been a hit, and is one of my faves

2023 in Hyde Park Leeds and still buzzing along to this 👏 🙌 👌 😀 🎉😂😅 🇬🇧 💷 YJ58ROH 56 Moor Grange reminds me of when I was a young factory 🏭 😀 😄 lad and still love it however signed off sick due to illness but in Leeds. Love to see a reunion and a mega-t side advert with The Saturdays and see them at FD Arena Leeds 😀

This song was their first to chart low outside of the top ten, the second being their de facto last song from 2014 "What are you Waiting For" If this group had a fandom name it would have been "Weekends" or "Day Six"
