Professional boxers as a rule are the least dangerous people to be around. They know their capabilities and save them for work. (Ofc there’s exceptions and stupid people) But in general the boxers are a great crew of people. I’ve been around boxing for over 30 years. Fun video

Wow, he can play! Boxing and chess have a lot in common in that they are both intellectual sports. It is not surprising that a boxer can be good at chess, and the opposite can also be true (Andrea).

I'll never understand why some people always have to be so loud to get noticed. Looks like there are a lot of them in the US. This is strange to me, I would feel very uncomfortable playing with someone like that. If you want to impress someone, be friendly, show education, respect and interest for the person but with restraint then you will impress them.

Isn't she retired from competition? I've only ever seen her playing online and friendly games in person. I think she'd have a lot of work and have to become an FM first, no? I'm not knowledgeable but I was under the impression that the highest women's title is roughly equivalent to an FM.

Ah, sorry. I only ever saw WGM advertised as your title and didn't know you were FM already. A lot of other chess personalities advertise when they play in tournaments which is where my assumption comes from. Do you need to play classical tournaments to become IM?
