Gibb River Road (part 2/2)
We are starting off where the last episode ended, at Manning Gorge. We have continued our way along the Gibb River Road. Adventuring into dark caves, swimming with crocodiles and almost out of fuel, this is an episode not to miss!

Awesome video guys…tunnel creek was amazing and manning gorge Hoping we can get to both when we go on the gibb…safe travels guys 👍🏻 ps how long did you have to swim in tunnel creek for ? 🤗 scary stuff but it’s gotta be done 👍🏻

Manning gorge is probably a good half way point. Its hardly off the main road. Tunnel Creek was a bit out of the way, and we hadn't planned for it originally, hence why we ended up stressing about the fuel haha. Tunnel creek was awesome though! The crossing in tunnel creek is probably a 25m wade/swim through the water. Might depend which way you go though! Can't see much in there!

Nice. Manning and Bell were our favourites. Especially Manning (being the first there for the day). Didn't have the FJ in those days... maybe need to do another trip just to see how much more comfortable the FJ is on the corrugations! 🍻.... PS... how many kms did you travel with the fuel light on?

Yeah, Manning and bell were ours too! We were pretty lucky and had followed the grader most of the way, so it was all pretty smooth. It was about 30km with the fuel light on, but we were genuinely concerned at tunnel creek because we hadn’t had reception in 9 days and had no idea how many kms we had left!

@@flat.out.living Yes, know that feeling!! Kind of takes the shine off the day when you're fixated on the fuel gauge/odometer!! 😂😂 Enjoy your travels. 👍
