❤☮️ Hello! Greetings from Oregon! I WAS a victim of psychological abuse and a lot of slapping that ended only when my mother died (I’m 62) and I had to cut my sister out of my life due to her atrocious behavior and bullying. Had to “try” to care for her in her home the last year of her life. I was a wreck. Then I found out about tapping! This therapy is the most effective treatment I’ve found for healing my nervous system and changing my relationship with myself. It’s also helping to manage the symptoms of the mystery autoimmune disorder I developed at about age 10. I’m hoping against hope that will go away as my Nervous System heals and I learn how to operate from my frontal cortex instead of my subconscious fear. Sounds good, eh? 😁 I find that different tappers focus on different areas of malaise. I’m working on moving the “shame identity” foisted on me to a healthy identity. Tapping is slow acupuncture! When I do a 20 - 30 minute session, I feel very much like I’ve had an acupuncture session! No matter the focus of the tap, my physical pain lessens. Try it, it works! ❤️☮️

THIS is an AMAZING process. NOTHING works as affectively or efficiently as Tapping. Great presentation. Thank you ❤❤❤❤

Great presentation!! P.S. Sleep requirements vary much more than 7 to 9 hours. Some people do really well on even four hours. The Sleep study of 7 to 9 hours is very limited. If you wake up after 5-6 hours feeling refreshed then get up.

Wonderful presentation, Alex. I love the very genuine passion you + your 2 siblings have for sharing this fantastic healing+ empowering took. Also your very genuine desire to help others. Many thanks. I already tap periodically but you've convinced me to tap much more often because I really need it. Best wishes to you. Rosemary ❤

While you are feeling something, that is one of the best times to actully do the tapping and you will find it will stop it very quickly after a few short rounds. It really works, the first time I used it was from a book a friend loaned me at the time. I loved it so much I ordered a book for myself. I have also ordered the book a couple of other times to send friends who live a distance away from me so they too can help themselves. *Good Luck* :)

What I wonder is- If you need to address more than one thing, how is that addressed? How often do you do this and or what type of routine works best to get the most out of this.

That's a great question! We recommend working on one thing at a time and keeping a journal so you can write down what comes up as you tap so you can go back and do some more. If you want to send an email to contact@thetappingsolution.com, our team has a lot of great resources to help with this question. :)

Can it be helpful in hemifacial spasm?
@PassionatLee8 ай бұрын
It's worth trying on anything at all, and if you do it during an episode, while actually feeling the effects, that's when it works even better. I only did 2 rounds at the time and it lowered it sooooo much for me that's all I ever had to do. I never felt the anxiety for that reason ever again. Different things will pop up in our lives and it's worth trying it for anything and everything that comes into your life and is detrimental to you emotionally and or physically. :) regarding the facial spasms, I've not tried it on those as yet, but being related to the nerves I'm guessing it should work. Trial and error, use it rather than not using it. :) If we never try something new, we can't go forward with new knowledge.

Dear Alex, can we manifest two or three problems in a day while doing EFT. If someone is stressed and anxious, at the same time, he has some health challenges and money related problems. Please advise. Thanks
@TheTappingSolutionChannel2 ай бұрын
They can, but we highly recommend working on one thing at a time so you can get to the root cause of each thing. Try keeping a journal so you can keep track of what comes up as you're tapping. 😊
