Seeing dramatic improvement of my ME / CFS with red light therapy (known to benefit mitochondria) two simultaneous wavelengths 660nm (red) & 850nm (near infrared)...20 mins on my core using flexible pad next to the skin every other day. Lasting all day now without needing a rest and noticing increase in muscle strength.

In the case of long covid, gut health should be looked at as well. If you have leaky gut or covid gut, stuff is getting into the blood stream which then could get into the brain and damage the blood brain barrier

Excellent presentation😊😊. You might want to consider oxalate in common food as another co-factor and combinations of trauma , allergies, Mast cell over reaction, and brain neurochemical imbalance. Covid seems to damage the limbic nervous system and thus the immune system imbalance. Very complex😮 you are making great progress😊😊

I take Aspirin for body inflammation/bumps and grinds of life and I wonder if Aspirin can calm any inflammation in my brain? Aspirin has been very kind to me for decades as a note. Thanks

so much information but where does a person with MCAS go for help?
@carlor.s.4742

My resting heart rate was 45-50 bpm. Then I got MCAS & it went into the high 70s. My MCAS is much improved now & when I measured my resting heart rate this morning it was 55, so its coming down again. However, I am very curious as to why my resting heart rate went up during the worst of the MCAS.

I'd say that adrenaline. Mast cell degranulation as I understand it is countered by production of adrenaline

How did you resolve this? I’m dealing with it at the moment. Thanks.
@carlor.s.4742
@carlor.s.4742 2 ай бұрын
@@MichaelMerritt It kind of resolved itself after adopting a plan of attack. First, I went back to fasting & working on rebuilding my immune system. It's a balancing act because many foods that are good for your microbiome are also high in histamine. so I did eat things like kefir & other fermented foods, but would also eat anti-histamine foods to counteract this. There are many but I would drink nettle leaf tea & I had a list of 17 antihistamine foods from the net that I used. Some were almonds, blueberries, pumpkin seeds etc. I took a lot of supplements too like antioxidants & anti-inflammatories. I took 3 kinds of medicinal mushrooms for immunity including Turkey Tail, Chaga & Cordyceps. Also took Quercitin & zinc together with my morning meal of eggs & cheese(works better with fat). Then I added NAC + Bromelain on an empty stomach first thing in the morning because there is some evidence that this combo kills the spike protein in vitro. I also continued taking 2000 gms of Taurine, morning & night(1000 each time). Also took Tumeric with black pepper. I still occasionally have some light headed spells because my blood pressure is low, so I stopped doing 24 hour fasts on the weekend for a while. Still have some itchiness, but I'm sleeping very deeply & I go to bed an hour earlier if I can, because a little bit more sleep seems to help. It takes a while so be patient & I do some deep nasal breathing before I sleep as well. Hope that helps!

I truly would like to get some help from my Addison’s disease. I’m not on any medication and I’m trying to keep from being on any medication. I noticed that putting a lot of vitamin C in my water every day is helping a lot for energy because Addison’s disease affects my brain where I can’t function, but I noticed it’s been helping me to function and feel betterand any suggestions for Addison?

Psychosis, hit my head on a wheel bike, (head trauma) then met and dated a narsisist for 8 months. My family has taken my kids away from me several times. Gone through hell and back maaaany times.

Also watch amount of fruit. It's a major trigger for inflammation (the fructose it contains). We're not designed to eat fruit all the time. I eat zero fruit now apart from the juice of half a lemon and my gut inflammation has resolved.
