It's so funny to me that Sam is that dude who will bawl his eyes out because the final fight against Vecna forced his hand to use a spell slot he was saving to wish for Vax's life, and he's also the same dude to make sure a skeleton in Vax-like robes is brought up on stage and pupeteered for a couple secs so everyone can have a laugh.

It's just so unnaturally perfect that Grog rose from basically the dead and critted some forgotten celestial twice.

Informing Gilmore about Vax is a closure I have been wanting for millennia. I like to think that as Pike has Grog and Scanlan... Vex, Gilmore and Keyleth have a trio group where they just sit and have tea sometimes, or just mental days together to mourn or reminisce.

I like how Grog eventually just becomes an item for a bit.

Vex takes Trinket everywhere she can, of course, because she's his mama, and also murder bear. But how torn she must have been here: take Trinket and risk his life in Pandemonium, or leave him behind with no guarantee to return, so soon after losing Vax... I wouldn't let him out of my sight either. No wonder we're so moved by Trinket's "I'll carry him." He didn't want to leave Vex alone. That, and convenient Grog backpack. :p

A whisper in the back of Grog's mind: 'Right there, big man.' Grog nods with a slight grin as his attack lands with divine precision....

"I'll regenerate your arm! I'll bring that back, *I guess!"* *hisses through teeth* Ohhhhh, now I get it.....

The group is talking about growing a second Percy from the arm stump, then Laura steps in: "No I like this idea, it could be fun!" *with an eyebrow raise* Easily the most underrated joke of the night
