Besides Mary Ann's gastronomic pipping skills, I absolutely love the fact that she fills and iced the cakes without trimming away so much cake. That was one thing that I really took away from this video is her filling and icing method. Beautiful work Mary Ann!

Both the blue and the lavender were ombré. The blue did it better. But that autumnal chocolate St Francis cake wins! It’s stunning

I did Not like the blue cake with silver beads at all. It was sloppy to me. Mary Ann killed it. Hers was awesome

The piping was amazing freehand but I liked even better is that every segment you saw her using gloves and being completely sanitary

The chocolate cake omg loooks yummy! As for the contest I'm not sure of the rules but 1 hour to decorate a cake now if you can premake things to put on the cake like leaves an flowers then why not have all your stuff prepared so all ypu have to do is put it together. Other thsn piping the prayer on tge cake Maryann didn't make any decorations except airbrush some premade leaves an flowers. So with that in mind Maryann still coukd take it cause she did pipe the prayer really didn't need the premade things an it was still beautiful! !

That blue Mi Kim cake is NOT a cake! It's a big paper roll wrapped. That's ridicilous. Shouldn't like at least 50% be eatable? Damn, I'd feel like a fool if I'd paid for so very little CAKE.
