My cat eats dry food in the daytime and canned food in the evening. Almost every night, she rubs her head repeatedly against my foot as I'm scooping food from the can into the dish. Most of the time she's vocalizing as well until the dish is on the floor! She doesn't do this hours later for her second helping. Another interesting thing is late in the evening when she's going back to her dish for what's left, she looks at me and meows in a conversational way, announcing her intention to eat. Then she jumps down and walks to her dish. 😻

My girls always run against me whenever they're hungry 😂

This actually happened to me when I'm at my neighborhood bodega. The store cat not only rubbed it's head and body against my legs.
